If the service provider has registered an economic activity in order to provide:
– a variety of beauty services,
– tattoo, micropigmentation, scarification, pinging services,
– solarium services,
– public use bathing services,
– public swimming pool services,
it is necessary to notify the Health Inspectorate thereof by completing the application form. The application must also be submitted to those service providers who perform beauty services when they leave the customer or at their place of residence, as well as to undertakings such as hotels and sports clubs, if any of the services mentioned above are offered for the convenience of customers.

Process description

  1. Submission of a notification
    In order to notify the Health Inspectorate of the commencement of economic activity in the field of beauty services, it is necessary to:
    1) to complete the application form.
    2) to submit a completed application form to the Health Inspectorate.
    If, in examining this notification, the Health Inspectorate finds that the notification has been completed in an incomplete manner, the service provider shall be required to specify the information in writing.

  2. Receipt of services
    After examining the submission, the information regarding the service provider shall be included in the list of beauty and tattoo service providers maintained by the Health Inspectorate. That list shall be published on the website of the Health Inspectorate for the purposes of informing the service providers and the public. The list is updated monthly.
    If the service provider has indicated an e-mail address in the application, information regarding the inclusion of the service provider in the list of beauty and tattoo service providers shall be sent as a response to the application.
